We´re looking to leapfrog Burnley

Old Trafford´s an amazing place to play and it was great to be there on Tuesday. You´re never gonna get much of the ball there but we almost nicked a goal at the end and could have got something out of it. They deserved to win it in the end.

We had our own gameplan for the match, you have to. You can´t go there and play football against them because they´ll rip you to bits. You go out there to contain them, limit the damage limitation and then try and nick something at the other end.

The fact that we did well against them is a big positive for the game against Burnley on Saturday. Burnley had an even better result on Wednesday, beating Chelsea on penalties at Stamford Bridge. On the one hand that´s good for us as they played the whole of extra-time and then faced the drama of penalties so they could be tired. On the other hand they´ll be flying after a win like that and raring to go in their next match.

It´s a very important game for us, more important than the Man U game was. If we win then we go above them in the table and into the play-off places. We lost to them 4-2 at Loftus Road last season but I think it will be a lot tighter than that. Our defence has hardly leaked any goals of late so I don´t think we´ll let in four. Having said that, I wouldn´t care if it ended 10-9 as so long as we won!
